Bring the family and bring the friends to help maintain your local park. We are offering free admission and and a t-shirt to volunteers. Projects include: cleaning the nature trail, shrubbery pruning, garden clearing. Bring water, sun protection, bug-spray, closed toed shoes. Welcome the “End of Season” with a beach cleanup. Meet other volunteers and enjoy the work, company, and the outdoors. We will do a deep litter clean up and trim back the bushes around the beach and the parking lots. A good clean up is needed before the fall. Meet at the beach. We are joining the effort for the Great Lake Allatoona Cleanup! Come help clean up the shoreline to enhance our Parks and waterways. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and water.
