Victorian Christmas at Hardman Farm

Come see the house in period holiday decor and learn about Victorian Christmas traditions from docents dressed in their finest 1870's garb. This open house on Friday and Saturday nights in December is highlighted by twinkling candle lights and a walk down the Unicoi Road. First Day Hike

Hardman Farm Historic Site - Sautee Nacoochee, GA
Join State Parks nationwide and participate in your local First Day Hike on the historic Unicoi Turnpike. Perhaps the oldest road in Georgia, it was a trade route used by Native Americans prior to becoming a toll road in 1817. After this 75 yard "hike" and roam around the farm, head on over to Smithgall Woods at 1:00 for their hike and hot cocoa. 706-878-1077.
