Status: Archived 40th Annual Christmas Tour
This magical experience will demonstrate how Christmas was celebrated on a Southern rice plantation during the 1850s. Walk down the old carriage road and enjoy a special Christmas tour of an antebellum plantation house.
There will be hot wassail (a Christmas punch), Civil War reenactors, Christmas carols and more. Programs will be hourly beginning at 10AM and ending at 4 PM. There will be no after hours events. This program requires pre-registration, as space will be limited to less than 10 participants in the visitor center and plantation house and less than 50 in outdoors areas and social distancing will be required.
