Status: Archived The hills of James H. Floyd State Park use to house a marble mining operation in the 1960s and 1970s. Take part in a ranger-led hike to the old Marble Mine that houses a waterfall and four natural springs that feed the lakes found inside the park.
Hike is 2 -miles round trip and will cover moderate terrain. Guest are encouraged to bring water and wear close-toed shoes for safety purposes.
