Trunk-or-Treat at the Park

Celebrate Halloween at High Falls State Park in our second annual community Trunk-or-Treat at the Park. Along with Trunk-or-Treat, have fun by sliding down inflatables, playing a round of Glow-N-Dark Putt Putt, paint a pumpkin to take home, grab dinner at a food truck, enter our costume contest, dress up like a fireman, and more. Commonly Asked Questions Where can I purchase tickets? Tickets for the event can be purchased from eventbrite.com or Facebook. What is Trunk-or-Treating? It is like traditional trick-or-treating instead of going to houses, children walk from car to car. We have invited members of the community to host 'trunks' and pass out candy. We expect to have 50+ 'trunks' participating. Is there an age limit? This event is focus for children ages 12 and under. Those over 13 are welcomed to participate in other activities around the park but will not be allowed to 'trunk-or-treat'. Why do you require tickets? We have found that by selling tickets, we are able to provide a better event for our attendants. Our park is limited on space and can accommodate a certain number of children in the trunk-or-treat area. Registered children will receive a reusable bag for the Trunk-or-Treat area for collecting candy and toys. Want to join in on the fun and host a trunk? We have over 50 parking spaces for volunteers to help pass out candy. Decorate your car for a chance to win a FREE night in a Yurt at High Falls State Park and a Friends Membership in our decorating contest. Also, those that host a trunk get TWO FREE TICKETS!
