Status: Archived Take a short, easy walk to a special spot overlooking the valley to view the setting sun. Meet at the West Rim trail access parking.
Directions to parking area: From the park entrance continue past the parking attendant booth, then take the first left turn onto the road for the west rim of the park. From there continue past the yurt village, west rim campground and walk-in campground. The parking area will have a sign and be the next thing on the left. If you reach the cabins, you have gone too far.
