Status: Archived Start your day off right with spring in the air and the wildflowers blooming, and butterflies flying. Our forest is home to many butterfly-attracting varieties of plants. This short hike will get you close to the butterflies for some great photo opportunities. Bring your camera!
Open to all guests. Dogs are welcome with 6 ft. leash. Trail is accessible to large tired strollers. Advance registration required. Call or stop by the office to reserve a spot. Meet at the trail head near cottage one.

Located 16 miles south of Donalsonville via Highway 39 or 23 miles west of Bainbridge on Highway 253/Spring Creek Road.
From Tallahassee (approx. 1 hour, 10 minutes) take Highway 27 north into Bainbridge then Highway 253/Spring Creek Road west.
