Status: Archived Venturing into the wilderness for the first time and want to learn the ways of the wild? Or, looking to improve your wilderness knowledge? Join AmeriCorps rangers and like-minded women on a multi-day (May 4-6) adventure to hone your outdoor survival skills. This trip has many opportunities for demonstrations, discussion, practice and questions!
Important Details
• Please arrive May 4th between 5pm and 7pm to pioneer shelter 3 at Providence Canyon
• Programs will end around 12pm on Sunday May 6th
• To attend you must pre-register

• Water- 3 liters
• Day pack
• Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks
• Weather appropriate clothes
• Rain gear
*Tents to share will be provided or bring your own
*Sleeping bags provided on first come first served basis
