This event has already occurred.
Status: Archived Watch Civil War infantry, artillery, and mounted cavalry drill and fire muskets and cannons. There will be a battlefield tour at 2pm and civilians will be in our log cabin to talk about the life of citizens who lived here before the Civil War. There will also be a special nighttime tour of the encampment for those who pre-register.

Located Take I-20 exit #44. Turn onto Thornton Road. (Highway 278) Follow Highway 278 West for 10 miles. Make a right onto Highway 92. Travel North on Highway 92 for approximately 6 miles. Look for brown Pickett's Mill signs as you continue. Turn left onto Due West Road. Continue 2 miles. Turn right onto Mount Tabor Church Road. Travel half a mile and the site on the right.
