Status: Archived Join us as we discuss some common edible and toxic wild mushrooms, as well as some of the potential medicinal uses. Myths and cultural "rules" associated with eating wild mushrooms will be discussed, as well as a few cooking and preserving techniques. At the end of the program we'll be sautéing wild mushrooms for participants to sample.
