First Time Backpacking

Come join AmeriCorps Rangers on the Bear Creek backcountry trail at Cloudland Canyon State Park. Learn about topics such as: - Fire Starting -Leave No Trace -Hiking and Packing Tips -Plant and Animal Awareness Participants will meet at 10am at the Park office. This is an overnight event.

An essential gear list will be sent to those who pre-register for the event. Backpacks, sleeping bags and tents are available for free if needed.
