Status: Archived Enjoy a relaxing walk as you learn to get more in touch with nature and truly discover the many health benefits of being outdoors in this specialty therapy, called Shinrin Yoku, that is actively prescribed by doctors in Japan. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of tea made from fresh pine needles collected during the walk and brewed on the spot.
