Status: Archived Join a Ranger to learn some of the basics of night photography. Learn what it takes to capture the stars, what hazards to look out for and what kind of equipment you might need to get started with photography after dark.
It is not required to bring your own camera, however if you have a camera that can be used for long exposures it is recommended. You will also want to bring a tripod if you have one for your camera. Dress appropriately for the weather. Program can be cancelled for weather.
