We will explore the lives of African Americans connected with FDR and Eleanor in and around Warm Springs as well as Georgia and Alabama. Their influence helped shape the civil rights era as it was beginning to bud. Presentation in the Museum Theater at 11:00 a.m.

From FDR's Valet to George Washington Carver, they have a story to tell and their impact on the Roosevelt's lives is quite remarkable. We hope you will join us as we explore a few of these marvelous individuals who played an important role in FDR and Eleanor's lives just as the Civil Rights era began.
