Status: Archived Start your morning with some gentle movements with yoga beside the swimming beach in the Day Use Area of the park. This event is for all levels and ages. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket. A limited number of extra mats will also be available. Participants MUST sign up before 9PM the night before each class. Click for more details.
Class will be moved to inside the Interpretive Center in the event of bad weather.
