Status: Archived Explore the lake on this Ranger-Guided Sunrise Paddle. As we scan the sky and woods for wildlife, and watch the changing colors on the water as a new day begins. A ranger will interpret the role the CCC made in creating this great park in the 1930s. Meet at the beach area. Bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, and water shoes. Register in advance.
The beach area IS NOT located near the visitors center. Click on the link below for directions to the location. Pay for parking passes ($5) at the collection box at the beach parking area (cash only). Smoking and intoxicants prohibited during the program.
