Status: Archived Before super-glue and duct tape, people still required adhesives to aid in daily survival skills. Participants in this class will learn to make their own glue from natural elements. This class is open to ages 13+ with an adult guardian present for youth 17 and under. Limited spots available, call to pre-register.
Andrew Lee is a long-time primitive skills artist and educator. In this 3 hour class you will learn about pine pitch glue, which was used for first aid, adhering stone blades to handles and much more. We will use charcoal, pine sap and plant parts to create a glue/filler that is 100% authentic. Call the Vann House to secure your spot in this class.
