Status: Archived Did you know that opossums rarely ever contract the rabies virus? Learn why and many other facts at our fun Awesome Opossum program! You must register to attend this program by calling the park office at (706) 541-0321. Meet at the nature center, next to the park office. The cost to attend the event is $2 per person, ages 3 and under are free.
A $5 parking pass is required for each vehicle that enters the park. Annual passes are also sold at the park office to gain entry to all Georgia State Parks throughout the year.
