Status: Archived Join a park ranger on a 2 mile guided hike along the Dog Creek Trail to celebrate the new year! We will meet at the visitor center. Please dress for the weather and wear closed toed shoes. No pets please. This is an moderate natural surface trail. Call or stop by the visitor center for more information. Call the park in advance to book a spot.
Trail is moderately strenuous, participants should have previous experience hiking and be in decent shape.

Located northeast of Gainesville, on the north side of the lake. From Clarks Bridge Road, go south on N. Browning Bridge Road. At the “Y,” take the left fork and continue for one-half mile to the park entrance.
