Status: Archived Enjoy a relaxing vinyasa flow with a view of the beautiful Ogeechee River and birding area.
Sign up by phone or in person at the Visitor Center. Bring your mat and some water. No props are needed. Space is limited for some classes. Signing up ahead is recommended, but not required. Meet at the visitor center no later than 1:45pm. We will start the class at 2:00pm.
