Status: Archived Join New Echota and celebrate Arbor Day with a guided tree walk at 10AM discussing historic uses and importance of local tree species, followed by papermaking and kid's crafts activities! The Friends of New Echota volunteer group will also be hosting a meet and greet to discuss how you can help preserve Georgia's nature and history!
Site admission includes access to the outdoor grounds with 12 historic and reconstructed buildings, nature trails, museum, and 17-minute film. Picnic tables are available on site.
