Participate in the debate to declare independence or to remain loyal to the king. See musket firings and more.
The reading of the Declaration and a debate over whether to declare independence will precede a militia enlistment and parade to the Colonial Life Area to remove the British flag and the burning of a King George Effigy to celebrate independence from the Crown. Activities repeat at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
