Status: Archived Archaeology Day at New Echota State Historic Site will feature a presentation by a USDA state archaeologist about the importance of archaeology to parks. Register your troop for the archaeology based activities and discussions about archaeology at the park. This program is good for all ages. This program requires pre-registration.
This program requires pre-registration, as space will be limited to less than 25 participants and social distancing will be required. All required craft items will be provided in presorted bags. We will require gloves when using common areas. Social distancing will be enforced for the program. Please call the park at 706-624-1321 to preregister by September 4, 2020.
