Status: Archived Watch the Blood Moon Rise over Clark's Hill Reservoir as we paddle on the last shimmers of the sunset toward a rising Super Blood Wolf Moon. Warm up afterwards with a fire roasted hot dog. Join us later into the evening to watch the Total Eclipse of the Moon. A total lunar eclipse happens when the moon passes fully into the shadow of Earth.
Wear Cold Weather Kayaking/Canoeing gear.
This is a weather permitting event. If temperatures drop too low we will observe from the Fishing Pier and/or Beach.
$15 covers Kayak, PFD and Paddle rental and Program Fee.

Located 7 miles northeast of Lincolnton on Highway 378.
GA State Route 378 construction has begun on the bridge between Lincolnton, GA and McCormick, SC. This construction will impact traffic coming to Elijah Clark State Park. Traffic is being routed from GA Highway 47 on to Chamberlin Ferry Road to GA Highway 220 to State Route 378. Visitors coming from Augusta and Columbia County on GA Highway 47 east need to turn right onto GA Highway 220 east following it until they reach GA Highway 378 North.
