Status: Archived Join a ranger on a trip to historic Billys Island. We will look at the many signs of human activity imprinted on the landscape from Native Americans, loggers, swampers and even refuge activities. These include Indian mounds, a cemetery, old rail beds and logging equipment.
Tours dependent upon water levels and weather conditions. Sign up in advance. Limited Space. Dress for the weather. Wear closed toe shoes. Billys Island Trail is on natural, uneven ground. Meet at Trading Post.
