Status: Archived The Annual Mistletoe Mountain Dulcimer Jam, sponsored by the Garden City Strummers from Augusta, will be held at Mistletoe State Park from January 17 -19. It is open to all dulcimer players, but other instruments are welcome. Traditional tunes are played.
It will begin Friday evening the 17th, from 7 - 9. Saturday the 18th the jam doors will open at 9:00 and the jam will close down around 8:00 Saturday night. Sunday morning from 10:00 to Noon any jammers will mostly be playing gospel music. This event is free to all that attend. If you wish you spend all of Saturday with us, please bring food to share for lunch and the evening meal (as there is no other food to be found locally). Coffee and drinks will be on-site for donations. We will probably have a special guest do a concert around noontime. This will be sent to you as soon as we know who can come play for us. Questions?
