Status: Archived The Victorian’s had interesting customs, superstitions and sense of style back in the late 1800’s. The Friends of Hardman Farm present a true Victorian Wake experience in conjunction with the passing of Augusta Latimer, Kate Nichols mother, 133 years ago. See how they dressed and what was customary of the day during a Victorian Era wake.
This event is complete with a Victorian style casket inside the Mansion. Truly a unique and interesting experience! Registration is limited. Cost $20 per participant.

Hardman Farm is located at the intersection of Highways 17 and 75, one mile south of Helen. The temporary entrance is on Highway 75 just north of the intersection.
Some GPS units will mistakenly take you into downtown Helen.
