Birding with Georgia Audubon

Pre-registration required. Limited capacity. *Per Georgia Audubon Policy, masks required for this program.* Join Georgia Audubon for a general birding program at Sweetwater Creek State Park! We will be viewing migratory birds and year-round residents. Meet at the visitor's center. $5 per person. Call the visitor's center to register.

Bring your own binoculars or If you do not have access to a pair of binoculars, please indicate that you would like to borrow a pair from Georgia Audubon when you register for the event, and we will bring a pair for you. If the cost of admission is a burden, please fill out this short form for the Georgia Audubon Scholarship Fund, and the cost will be covered by Georgia Audubon. Participants must give at least 24 hours notice if they need to reschedule. This is a rain or shine event! . Park staff will notify registered participants of any change of plans prior to the event. If there are no more than 3 sign-ups by the end of the day prior to the event, the park reserves the right to cancel the program.
