Status: Archived Fort King George is turning 300! To celebrate, please join us each month in 2021 for our free speaker series. Each presentation will focus on a different aspect of our local history.
March in Darien is Scottish Heritage Month, as such, Ranger Michael Putnam will deliver a presentation on the Highlanders of the early Darien colony. Focusing not only on who these men and women were but also on the driving factors that pushed them from their highland homes to the Georgia Lowcountry.
