Status: Archived On this volunteer day we encourage active/retired/former Military, ROTC, civic groups and individuals to come out and assist The Friends of Pickett's Mill with various projects along the trails that meander through the battlefield. Pre-registration required.
Pre-registration required. Drinks and snacks provided. Please bring gloves. Parking and museum entrance fees will be waived for all registered volunteers.

Located Take I-20 exit #44. Turn onto Thornton Road. (Highway 278) Follow Highway 278 West for 10 miles. Make a right onto Highway 92. Travel North on Highway 92 for approximately 6 miles. Look for brown Pickett's Mill signs as you continue. Turn left onto Due West Road. Continue 2 miles. Turn right onto Mount Tabor Church Road. Travel half a mile and the site on the right.
