Lets kick off the new year with this sunrise first day hike. This will be a moderate 2 mile guided hike along the river corridor. Please wear close toed shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Last day to register for this hike will be December 31 by 5 pm. $10 plus $5 parking. 770-732-5871.

This First Day Hike to the mill ruins is for all our tracked wheelchair users. Persons with limited mobility can get certified to use free track chairs through the Aimee Copeland Foundation. This first day hike is for our families who visit the parks, we'll be on the off-road stroller accessible section of the white trial. We'll be hiking an easy 2 miles round trip. Enjoy the scenic views on this hike even our smallest hikers will love. And of course your 4 legged family members are welcome too. This is your last chance to hop on a first day hike here at Sweetwater Creek State Park. This hike is suitable for ages 10+ All minors must have an accompanying adult. This will be a 1 mile moderate hike. Please ensure that folks are dressed for the weather close toed shoes required. Must register by 5 pm day of. $15 plus $5 parking. 770-732-5871.
