Join us at the Interpretive Center to create your personalized walking stick! We have several types of wood to choose from and we will fit the stick to your height. We will provide sandpaper and a sealer to protect your walking stick. Bring your own pocket knife. Paracord will give your stick a nice hand grip! Pre-register at the Visitor Center. $7 plus $5 parking. 912-287-4900.

Join us in our effort to preserve the habitats of our wildlife by doing clean up and trail maintenance. Mid morning snacks and a lunch will be provided by the Friends of Laura S. Walker State Park.
