Love a challenge? We have several “clubs” that encourage you to get out and explore, while checking off a list and earning bragging rights. Take on these treks at your own pace—there’s no time limit. Once complete, you might even earn a members-only t-shirt.

Tails on Trails   Hikers are encouraged to bring their four-legged friends and conquer these seven trails to earn a bragging rights t-shirt with matching bandana for your pup.

RV Club

RV Club   The more you stay, the more you save. RV camp 9 nights at a participating Georgia State Park campground and get your 10th night of camping free.

GeoCamp   Camping clubs are welcome in Georgia’s State Parks, and we offer loyalty programs for tent campers. With free membership cards, you’ll stay every 10th night on us.

First-Time Camper

First-Time Camper   Discover the joys of sleeping under the stars. If you want to try camping, but don’t know where to begin, we can help. Through our First-Time Camper program, you’ll borrow gear, get a lesson in Camping 101 and two nights’ accommodations. Anyone who has never camped in a Georgia State Park can qualify.

Providence Canyon Outdoor Recreation Area
Parks Geo Tour   Geocaching combines the fun of computer games with the thrill of an outdoor adventure. It's like a statewide treasure hunt played with a GPS device. You find the coordinates online, then set out to find the boxes, called caches, hidden in 43 Georgia state parks and 14 historic sites.

Canyon Climbers Club

Canyon Climbers   Georgia’s Canyon Climbers Club is reserved for those few who have scaled to the top of Amicalola Falls, explored the depths of Providence Canyon, braved the swinging bridge in Tallulah Gorge and faced the daunting staircase in Cloudland Canyon.

Muddy Spokes Club

Muddy Spokes   Break out your bicycle, helmet and stain-busting laundry detergent. Georgia State Park System’s Muddy Spokes Club challenges mountain bikers and casual cyclists to tackle 11 state parks and 69 miles of trails.

Park Paddlers Club

Park Paddlers Club   Pick up your paddle to see Georgia’s rivers, mill ponds, lakes and even the celebrated Okefenokee Swamp. Join the Park Paddlers Club and go 22 miles through six state parks.
