DESCRIPTION:Wonder why Panola Mountain is a restricted area? Come on a gu
 ided hike to learn about the unique ecology and history of Panola Mountai
 n State Park. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring plenty of water. Hike is
  moderately strenuous and covers approx. 3.5 miles. Ages 10+. Meet at Nat
 ure Center. Click event for more details.\n\nGroups of 10 or more must re
 gister for a private hike. Meet at Nature Center.\n\nReservations are non
 refundable. Participants must give at least 24 hours notice if they need 
 to reschedule. Transfer credits will only be applied to a similar program
 .\n\nIn the case of severe weather\, the park may deem it necessary to ca
 ncel or reschedule the hike. Park staff will notify registered participan
 ts of any change of plans prior to the event.\n\nIf there are no sign-ups
  by the end of the day prior to the hike\, the park reserves the right to
  cancel the program.
