Joining Park staff will be special Cherokee guests as the historic Capital of New Echota comes alive with living history demonstrations, tours, games, and music (Cherokee Repertory Choir). Cherokee arts & crafts will be demonstrated and will be for sale.
Calhoun Boy Scouts will be offering snacks, drinks and grilled foods as a fund raiser.
Friends of New Echota volunteers and Park Rangers will also provide tours throughout the day. Demonstrations and craft sales are continuous throughout the day.
Program will be held rain or shine.
