Status: Archived On the 159th anniversary commemoration of this battle, there will be guided and unguided tours of various stations within the battlefield. Visitors can experience a glimpse of both military and civilian life that will include home skills and crafts, cannon firings, musketry, military drills, and soldier camp life. Food truck available.
At 10 a.m. we'll unveil a new exhibit featuring a rare U.S. flag finial found in the "ravine" in 1963. This will be immediately followed by a ceremony in the ravine at the exact spot where the flag finial was found. Fly High Burgers food truck will be here! https://www.flyhighburgers.net/

Located Take I-20 exit #44. Turn onto Thornton Road. (Highway 278) Follow Highway 278 West for 10 miles. Make a right onto Highway 92. Travel North on Highway 92 for approximately 6 miles. Look for brown Pickett's Mill signs as you continue. Turn left onto Due West Road. Continue 2 miles. Turn right onto Mount Tabor Church Road. Travel half a mile and the site on the right.
