Status: Archived Kick off apple season by trying to shoot the apple. Come try your hand at this beginners archery lesson, and put your new found skills to the test. You will try to hit different sized apples at different distances. This is for ages 10 & up. You must call the park office to pre-register in advance. The program will be held at our historic site.

Take I-20 exit #148. Go 2 miles and cross the junction of Highway 22 and Highway 278. Turn right onto MLK Jr. Drive. Go 1 mile, then turn left onto Alexander Street. Follow signs to park office.
