We will honor all park rangers and local response organizations who serve or have served on this day. There will be displays and representatives on hand to promote their part in protecting and serving the public in a park setting. This event will also serve as our Junior Ranger Day Camp for individuals and/or families.

Located Take I-20 exit #44. Turn onto Thornton Road. (Highway 278) Follow Highway 278 West for 10 miles. Make a right onto Highway 92. Travel North on Highway 92 for approximately 6 miles. Look for brown Pickett's Mill signs as you continue. Turn left onto Due West Road. Continue 2 miles. Turn right onto Mount Tabor Church Road. Travel half a mile and the site on the right.
