Junior Ranger Camp 2022 Week 2

**JUNE 20th THROUGH 23rd - 8:30am to 12:30pm** Ages 9 through 12 years old.

PLEASE NOTE: You must fill out and submit the google application form, or call and complete a registration with the front desk to be considered officially signed up!

- This camp is designated for ages 9 to 12 years old.
- Cost: $45 per camper for early registration. $50 per camper after June 16th at 4pm.
- Payments can be made with Cash, Check, or Credit Card, and can be mailed to:

- You can optionally deliver payment in person or call 912-437-4770.
- Limit of 12 participants and half-days only. This means camp will run from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Lunch will not be provided, but the site will provide snacks. We encourage families to stay and picnic on-site after the day concludes.

Our activities will include:
Exploring our Fort and the history of the area, delving into archaeology, learning about ecosystems, practicing some archery, visiting Hofwyl Broadfield Plantation, and much more!
When the campers have completed their Fort King George activity book, they will be officially sworn in as honorary Junior Rangers and given a special badge.

SCHEDULE
Monday: Introductions, Fort tour, colonial history, and archaeology demo.
Tuesday: Animal life, archery, nature journaling, and bird migration game.
Wednesday: Hofwyl Broadfield Plantation Day (PLEASE remember to drop-off AND pick up campers at Hofwyl!)
Thursday: Science activities about ecosystems, rivers, plants, & pollinators; Badge Ceremony at NOON!

Please don't forget to arrive a few minutes early at Fort King George on Monday to sign initial paperwork!
