Status: Archived Join the park in Memorial Day celebrations. We will have fun events, such as rubber duck races, a photo scavenger hunt, and beach ball races. All-ages events. It will be held at the beach so bring sunscreen, bug spray, and closed toed shoes. Prices vary per event. Please click the event title for more information.
The photo scavenger hunt from 10:30am - 3:00pm. Explore the beach area and take pictures to complete the tasks on the card. This event is free.
Rubber duck races at 2 pm, 2:30pm, 3 pm, 3:30 pm on the creek by the beach. $1 per race if you bring your own duck, $2 if you use a park supplied duck. Meet at the park tent. Maximum of 15 ducks per race. Winners will receive a park prize
Beach ball races will be held at 11 am, 11:30 am, 12 pm on the sand. Please sign up for teams at the park tent. $2 per person to enter a team. Winning team gets a prize. Water cannons provided.
