Join a ranger for this beginner oriented bird walk and learn about a few methods that can help you figure out what birds are around you. Binoculars are highly recommended but not required.
Meet at the beaver creek trailhead.
Parking is available at trailhead.
The hike will be about 1 mile long and will include a moderate uphill portion on earthen trail where roots will be encountered.
Where closed toed shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather.
Bring water.
Binoculars, bird guides and cameras highly recommended but not required.

Located 3 miles south of Comer off Highway 22.
Covered bridge has 9-foot maximum clearance. Equestrian campers need to use the park entrance off Highway 72 in Carlton, while traditional campers may use the park entrance off Highway 22 in Comer.
