Before the kids head back to school, bring the family out for one more weekend of summer fun. Saturday at 10 AM will be a nature hike to the river with our naturalist with nature crafts in the afternoon. Sunday will be a pioneer day with programs at 10 AM and 1PM and activities related to early farm life in Georgia. Reservations required.

All of our special programs require an admission rate that is different to our normal admission for self-guided tours. The historic site covers a half mile of walking up and down hill. Many of our historic structures require the use of stairs to see inside.
