Status: Archived In conjunction with the 159th Commemoration of the Battle of Pickett's Mill, we will showcase a new exhibit featuring a rare U.S. flag finial found in the "ravine" in 1963. The exhibit opening will be immediately followed by a wreath-laying ceremony in the "ravine" at the spot where the U.S. flag finial was found. Food truck available.

Located Take I-20 exit #44. Turn onto Thornton Road. (Highway 278) Follow Highway 278 West for 10 miles. Make a right onto Highway 92. Travel North on Highway 92 for approximately 6 miles. Look for brown Pickett's Mill signs as you continue. Turn left onto Due West Road. Continue 2 miles. Turn right onto Mount Tabor Church Road. Travel half a mile and the site on the right.
