Saturday Jan. 18th Chili set-up 12 PM; Tasting 1-2 PM; Pepper Contest 1:45 PM. Sign-Up to enter this amateur cooking contest or be a taster or hot pepper eater. Cooks must pre-register & pre-pay by Jan 15th. Must cook at least 5 quarts homemade chili, any style, and bring it in a crock pot. Cash prize for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
Taster walkups welcome. Hot pepper eaters need to pre-register & pre-pay, Space is limited. Fun prizes for winner. Entry forms & registration available at Park Office. Held at Group Shelter below Lake Deleanor.
