Homeschool at Panola: Panola Mountain's Ecology (Grades 6-12)

Explore Panola Mountain on a 2-mi. hike to discuss the rare ecosystem, how it is actively conserved, and what threats currently face granite outcrops. Closed toed shoes with good tread are required. Hike is considered moderately strenuous. Meet at the Nature Center. Register by calling the Park Office as space is limited.

We will caravan in personal vehicles to a separate area of the park. Parents must be able to supervise their child for the entire duration of the program for safety. Strollers and pets are not allowed on this program.
