Explore the woods on a different light, meaning at night. We'll walk along a moderate to strenuous nature trail looking for cicadas, bats and moths. If we are lucky, we may see synchronous fireflies. Event suitable for ages 8 and up. Pre-register by calling the park office and paying in advance. Pe-registration begins May 1st.
Limited spaces, please call in advance. One mile nature trail in a loop not suitable for strollers. Please bring a flashlight with red light, water and wear closed-toe shoes. Meeting location will be given once you pre-register. Please arrive 20 min early to fill out paperwork and use the bathrooms. Please be on time. Out of respect for other attendees, we will not wait for tardy attendees.
