View some of our artifacts and learn about the symbology and history of the Muskogean speaking indigenous people who once lived in coastal Georgia.

Meet at the visitor center at 1:15 for a 1:30 lecture start time. See some of our artifacts while we discuss the Muskogean speaking people of this area. We will explore the symbology, cultural practices, and the eventual uprising against the Spanish Catholic missions in the late 16th century.
