Who would have thought that the founding of the Appalachian Trail is a love story? Join a park interpreter to learn about the tragic love of Benton and Betty MacKaye and how the Appalachian Trail itself is a monument to love in its many forms. This 20 minute talk takes place at the Stone Arch behind the Visitor's Center.
