Come join us on a peaceful hike through Sweet Gum Trail as we enjoy the wonderful fall weather. We will listen to wind through the trees, hear the birds sing, and be inspired by the fall colors. There will a portion of the hike where we will reflect on quotes that will calm the mind and help forget the stresses of life.
