Harvesttime History

Saturday, Oct 19, 2024 (5:30 PM to 6:30 PM)

Learn about the foodways of early settlers in the Okefenokee! These hardy pioneers lived self sufficient lifestyles, and did so by growing crops and raising livestock just as hardy as they were. In this program you will get to see true living history as you learn about the plants and animals that supported human habitation here in the swamp!
